The goal of Peddy is to facilitate personal development and performance management within organizations from an online HR platform, where processes such as employee engagement, feedforward, check-in moments, employee vitality and employee happiness are fully supported and made fun. With the available data from the dashboard, the organization can navigate at different levels within the organization and monitor developments.
Melonsheads @work
We used the magic of our Melonsheads to develop for Peddy not only a web application, with which the customer can use all facilities online, but also an admin dashboard. With the admin dashboard, Peddy has a powerful tool at its disposal to streamline administrative tasks and monitor the health and performance of their application. Furthermore, we used IT vitamins in restructuring the mobile app, with which you can now also stay in touch on the move and set out the necessary actions. All in all, a big vitamin boost and now up-to-speed and completely IT-fresh again.
