What are you going to do?
As a Marketing, Sales & Communications Employee, you will be the driving force behind our brand and message. You will establish our brand, set the tone, and make us visible – both online and offline. This function is essential for the growth of OrangeMelons. You will make our mission and vision tangible in every campaign we run.
And the great thing? It’s a super broad role. You’re the architect behind:
▶ Content marketing & creation : You think up and create content that excites. Whether it’s blogs, videos or campaigns, you’ve got it in your fingers.
▶ Social media : You make sure our socials are booming! With your creativity you bring our story out in a way that touches people.
▶ Email Marketing : From campaigns that convert to newsletters you can’t ignore. You do it all.
▶ Communication & PR : You ensure that OrangeMelons is visible in the right media and that our message remains consistent and powerful.
▶ Sales-oriented marketing activities : You combine marketing with sales and set up strategies that generate leads.
▶ You work in an international environment with colleagues in 4 countries . It is great to have people with different backgrounds in your direct work environment.
What we expect from you:
▶ You have a surefire feel for content that moves people and tells stories.
▶ Social media ? It’s second nature to you. You know exactly how to create engagement.
▶ You have experience with email marketing , content management and campaigns that make a difference.
▶ Your strength? Creative communication . Whether it’s blogs, posts or a PR strategy, you know how to strike the right chord.
▶ You can find the right balance between creativity and commercial thinking .
▶ You have excellent communication skills and a perfect command of both Dutch and English , being able to switch effortlessly between both languages in both oral and written communication.
▶ The function is hybrid. Office presence is preferred. Working from home is possible.
▶ Preferably you live in the Amsterdam region to limit travel time to our office and increase office presence.
Who are you?
You are an energetic marketer with a few years of experience under your belt, ready to make a real difference. You love freedom, responsibility and the chance to be creative. You are a mix of a strategic thinker and a creative doer. You know how to sell without being “pushy” and you love to experiment with the latest trends in marketing.
